Yukon Quest Testimonials
I had the honor and pleasure of accompanying 4 rangers from 1 Canadian Ranger Patrol Group just ahead of the teams last year. I have been a follower of the Yukon Quest for years and as such, it was an incredible opportunity to actually meet some of the mushers. It was an experience I'll never forget.

After a few years hiatus the Yukon Quest's Dawg Gone Canoe Race is back by popular demand!

This is not really a race of great speed but rather great fun from Graehl Landing (map) to the Boatel Bar with four check points in between. This is a fundraiser for the non-profit Yukon Quest 1,000 Mile International Sled Dog Race. Must be 21 or older to participate.

Each team consists of one Dawg Driver, one Dawg Handler and one Dawg.

Check in is at 12:30PM and the Dawg Gone Canoe Race Starts at 2PM. The first 25 teams to sign up will receive two event t-shirts (with an awesome logo) and a bandana for their dog (also with an awesome logo).

At the finish line there will be food, awards and and live music with the Panopticon Band at the Boatel Bar. Costumes and Regalia are encouraged for craft and crew.
