How did you get started running dogs?

I had a Rottweiler called Puppy and a pair of skis so I began skijoring. Then I got Asha, another Rottie, from the pound and two dogs are faster, and then...

Why did you enter the Yukon Quest? What are your goals for the race?

I like running in well-organized races and the goal is not to freeze my eye, again!

What do you love most about running sled dogs?

Just being out there with the crew altogether.

Tell us about your dogs, particularly some stories or facts about dogs running this year's race

Tiger, with some Rottweiler ancestry, ran in the 2019 YQ300. Spitfire will hopefully run with her pups. Shadow, Ironhand and Treadstone - sons of Guinness, leader in the 2013 YQ300, will be running.
