Tell us about your dogs, particularly some stories or facts about dogs running the 2022 race with you

Many of our dogs from ReRun Kennel come from the local animal shelter, and two of them are training on the competitive race team this year. They are doing great training along with the amazing dogs from SJK.

How did you get started running dogs?

Knut Kielland, my graduate advisor, opened the door. We would do wildlife research by dog team. I then started building a kennel of my own.

What do you love most about running sled dogs?

Mush with Pride
Why did you enter the Yukon Quest? What are your goals for the race?
I am helping Kailyn Davis train for Iditarod, and she suggested I enter a race. I am excited to get on the Quest trail with these excellent dogs
