How many years have you been running dogs?

Tell us about your dogs, particularly some stories or facts about dogs running the 2022 race with you

My two-wheel dogs, Thompson and Batchet, are a 3-year-old brother and sister. They are very best friends, they can both run lead also but enjoy the action in the wheelbase. Watching them always having fun always keeps me smiling.

How did you get started running dogs?

I built a sled boat of skis and my malamute would take me fishing.

What do you love most about running sled dogs?

The bond that develops with your team.

Why did you enter the Yukon Quest? What are your goals for the race?
To see that trail goal and to have a safe race.
How did your dogs get their names?/ How do you choose names?

Last litter was a talladega nights themes.

What music do you listen to on the trail?

Stephen King Audiobooks.
