Musher Question & Answer

How many years have you been running dogs?
8 years
How did you get started running dogs?

Started when I bought my first dog Annie from Lester/Josh Erchart. I had my first litter on the banks of the Yukon above the ruby. That’s when the downhill spiral begins. Grew up hearing my dad and his buddies' stories of racing/running dogs on the trail.

What do you love most about running sled dogs?

Training leaders and Raising Puppies

Why did you enter the Yukon Quest? What are your goals for the race?
Looks like a good time.
What music do you listen to on the trail?

Bluegrass, Folk or none at all.
