Bio

While growing up in southern Ontario, Connor McMahon met and worked with sled dogs at the age of 15. From that moment on, it is all he has done. Starting out, he managed a kennel of security dogs. Through that work, he learned the importance of proper training and happy dogs. This introduction showed me how to instill confidence in dogs, through positive reinforcement training. He learned the importance of being truly present with the dogs, to respect and value their companionship, their purpose and their inner drive. Now Connor has 30 Alaskan Huskies and is excited to enter the best races in the world. He lives in Carcross, Yukon, training, exploring and adventuring throughout the Yukon Territory.
